You may cancel your plan within 7 days of activation. If no usage of the platform has occurred within this period, you will be eligible for a full refund.

1.3. After Cancellation Period

Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the 7-day period from the date of activation and provided there has been no usage of the platform.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the email address provided is accurate. The Mammoth Store is not responsible for failed activations due to incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
4. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
If a plan is out of stock or discontinued, The Mammoth Store will offer you the option to switch to an alternative plan of equal value or wait until the original plan becomes available.
